Robert Falcon Scott, British Antarctic Expedition (South Pole Expedition) on the ship Terra Nova, 1910 - 1913.
1911 - Bowers, Atkinson and Cherry-Garrard cutting pemmican in preparation for a winter journey to a penguin rookery to retrieve an emperor penguins egg. This will become what Cherry-Garrard will later call "The Worst Journey in the World" in his memoir of the expedition.
